The Minis in Motion program is designed for young athletes aged 3-4 who are eager to move! This playful and engaging class introduces young children to movement through fun activities, games, and foundational fitness skills. Minis in Motion helps develop coordination, balance, and confidence while fostering a love for staying active. Perfect for little ones who love to jump, run, and explore movement in a supportive and high-energy environment! Teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship are integral to the S.E.T. experience, as young athletes develop strong relationships with peers and coaches.
Rising Stars
(ages 5-8)
The Rising Stars program is designed for young athletes aged 6-8 who are eager and ready to take their movement skills to the next level, this class focuses on agility, speed, and strength in a fun and engaging way. Through structured drills, obstacle courses, and interactive challenges,
Rising Stars helps kids improve coordination, build endurance, and develop a passion for fitness. Whether they play sports or just love to stay active, we have something for everyone! Teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship are integral to the Rising Stars experience, as young athletes develop strong relationships with peers and coaches.

All-Stars in Fitness
(ages 9-12)
All-Stars in Fitness is a dynamic program built for kids ages 9-12 who want to level up their fitness, develop athletic skills, and have a ton of fun while doing it. Whether your child plays recreational sports, is thinking about joining a team, or just loves to move, this program offers a great balance of challenge, learning, and play.
But All-Stars is more than just physical training—it’s about building character too. Teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect are core values of the S.E.T. experience. Athletes will be encouraged to support each other, try their best, and embrace every opportunity to grow.
Every session is designed to be engaging and empowering, helping kids discover what they’re capable of in a positive and encouraging environment. (ages 9-12)
The All-Stars in Competition program is designed for young athletes aged 9–12 who are eager to improve their speed, agility, strength, and overall athleticism in a fun and supportive environment. Focused on developing the core skills needed to excel in any sport, this program ensures that athletes build a solid foundation while promoting a lifelong love for fitness.
Through a variety of structured workouts, skill-based drills, and engaging games, athletes will learn and refine the fundamentals of running, jumping, and quick direction changes. These sessions are not only exciting and interactive—they’re intentionally designed to improve coordination, body awareness, and sport-specific movement patterns that help athletes perform better and stay safer during play.
Parents can feel confident knowing that this program places a strong emphasis on proper technique, injury prevention, and age-appropriate training progressions. Fitness
(ages 13-15)

Perfect for children who may not participate in competitive sports, this program focuses on improving overall fitness, coordination, and confidence through a wide variety of movement-based activities and games.
Each session is thoughtfully structured to develop essential physical skills like balance, core strength, endurance, and flexibility, while also encouraging teamwork, effort, and a positive mindset. Champions focus on proper movement mechanics, injury prevention, and sport-specific training to help athletes gain a competitive edge. Whether they’re striving for peak performance in their sport or looking to improve their overall fitness, this class provides the tools to help them succeed! Through a variety of engaging games and activities, athletes will improve skills such as running, jumping, and quick direction changes, all while having fun.
