Rising Elite
(ages 5-8)
At Stack’d Elite Training, young athletes build the foundation for lifelong success. Rising Elite introduces key athletic skills: agility, speed, and strength through fun games, obstacle courses, and team challenges. Kids develop coordination, confidence, and proper movement mechanics in a high-energy, supportive environment.

Development
(ages 9-12)
At Stack’d Elite Training, athletes don’t just play, they level up. Elite Performance Development combines speed, strength, agility, and coordination training with sport-specific drills and game-based challenges. Designed for athletes of all levels, this program builds the skills and confidence to excel both on and off the field.
Offered on both Tuesdays and Thursdays to fit the needs of busy schedules, every session emphasizes proper technique, injury prevention, and age-appropriate progressions pushing athletes to grow while fostering teamwork, resilience, and leadership.

Elite Power
Prep
(ages 13-15)
At Stack’d Elite Training, teens train like serious athletes. Elite Power Prep is an advanced, high-energy program for athletes ready to push harder, compete stronger, and perform at their highest level. Designed for those in travel, club, or school sports or activities, this program builds the strength, speed, and power to stand out.
Offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings, sessions combine strength training, explosive power, sprint mechanics, agility, and conditioning. With a focus on technique, injury prevention, and progressive overload, athletes develop the efficiency, durability, and explosiveness needed to excel.
Beyond physical gains, we cultivate mental toughness, discipline, and leadership helping teens train with intensity, embrace accountability, and compete with confidence. Every drill and sprint is designed to maximize potential, sharpen skills, and give athletes a competitive edge.
